SAY IT OUT LOUD
Judy Gold, professor and feminist icon, has assembled the family for a feast in honor of her husband, famous food writer Howard Koppelman, on the occasion of his 60th birthday. Their son Jonathan cooks to impress, bringing his trans friend Casey along to assist. Jonathan clashes with his idealist sister Michelle, who insists she isn't really living with her parents. Then the youngest, the devout Devora, formerly Debbie, arrives, putting the limits of love and loyalty on the chopping block.
