Rachel Mann is the author of ON BLACKBERRY HILL, winner of the 2016 National Jewish Book Award for Young Adult Literature. The writer of award-winning fiction and plays, her work has been published and performed at The Rumpus, Passengers Journal, Byte Showcase, Hemingway Shorts, The Forward, Kveller, Liars' League NYC, Manhattan Lit Crawl, and The Fish Anthology (UK). Rachel has an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College, where she was awarded the Grace Paley Fellowship in Fiction. She graduated from the Novel Studio course at City University London, as well as from Columbia (BA) and NYU (MA). She teaches at the Sarah Lawrence Writing Institute and lives in NYC.
